Redemption: Please call 530-542-1101 and provide voucher number. Reservations should be made in advance and are subject to hotel availability. Walk-in redemption is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Validity: Voucher valid for 5 years. Transferability: This voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the guest named on the voucher. Refunds & expiry: Voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash unless required by law. Unused vouchers after the expiry date are void. Additional charges: Any incidentals, extra guests, upgrades, minibar, services, or products not covered by the voucher are payable by the guest at the hotel. Blackout dates: Not valid on major holidays, special events, and peak dates. Combining offers: Voucher may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or group rates unless explicitly authorized by the hotel. Partial redemption / value vouchers: If the voucher is for a monetary value and the booking cost is less than the voucher value, [CHOOSE ONE] “the remaining balance will be forfeited” OR “balance will remain on the voucher until expiry.” If booking cost exceeds voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the guest. Cancellation by guest: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 1 night charge plus tax. Reservations made with a voucher still require cancellation per the hotel’s policy. Cancellation by hotel / unforeseen circumstances: In the rare event the hotel must cancel your booking, we will offer an alternative stay, rebooking, or refund in accordance with applicable law. Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced unless issued by the original seller. Treat your voucher like cash.
